Building on my role in infrastructure transformation at Landauer, I was chosen to spearhead the development of a comprehensive Cybersecurity roadmap plan for the CIO. The objective was to create a strategic roadmap that could be presented to the board of directors, outlining measures to protect Landauer's systems and proactively address cybersecurity threats. During this project, I implemented the NIST framework, incorporating industry best practices to enhance Landauer's cybersecurity posture. This program proved to be highly successful, ensuring robust protection for Landauer's valuable assets and positioning the company as a leader in cybersecurity practices.
